While beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up for any class unless otherwise indicated below, twice per month we offer free classes exclusively for first-timers! Learn more here.

This low impact, full body workout is one hour. This class includes a combination of barre work and ab work to help you lengthen your muscles and strengthen your core. Build flexibility and strength with us! We offer modifications and amplifications throughout our classes, so we each have a version of the movements that fits our needs. You'll be supported by our team no matter where you are that day!

Themes could be musically driven, muscle-focused, partner-based, or just about anything you can think of! Have an idea for a fun class? Let us know! We hold theme night classes on Sunday nights.

Join us for a discounted barre class every Friday! The perfect opportunity to introduce a friend to our community, this hour-long barre class is just $5.

Beginning with 15 minutes of barre to get our bodies warm and comfortable and ending with 45 minutes of stretching, this class aims to help increase flexibility through stretches, holds, and thorough instruction. These classes are limited to twelve participants. Be sure to arrive early, as you will not get your best stretch if you miss the warm up.

Don't have a full hour to spend working out? Break free for a quick Barre Express class! Coming in at 45 minutes, this full-body workout includes lots of combination moves in order to work as efficiently as possible.

For experienced OpenBarre clients only. Get ready to sweat! This class will take traditional barre moves as well as cardio work and blend the two for a unique barre experience. We recommend bringing your sneakers, as there may be some jumps involved. This class is 45 minutes.

For experienced OpenBarre clients only. Bonus resistance, bonus cardio, bonus arm work, and we won't leave out that lower body OpenBarre burn that you love! This 45 minute class is limited to six participants, so don't wait to register!

This hour-long class adds elements of yoga throughout the more typical barre workout, offering stretching, meditation, and a challenging barre class all at once. Leave feeling calm and strong!

Offered once per month for advanced clients, this 90 minute specialty class will focus on a specific muscle group - you may wind up doing an inner thighs class, glutes-focused, triceps... no matter what, you'll know what you're signing up for! Clients who have taken more than 25 classes at OpenBarre may sign up for these special events. Form Focus classes are capped at 15 participants and take place on the last Sunday of the month at 12pm.
