Mom Strength is specifically designed for new moms who may have diastasis recti and are looking for some support in the recovery and core rebuilding processes. You'll meet a community of moms, build strength, and find a space for yourself again.
Mom Strength is run as a limited series, so make sure you let us know if you want to take part so we've got an accurate gauge on interest! If you'd like to join us for Mom Strength, email, call, or text us so we can notify you when it comes back!
Parent & Me
We've got two versions of this class for our incredible community of local parents (no more than one kid per adult, please!):
- Ages 0-2: For this class, children should remain within reach of their parent(s). Parents, you have the option of wearing a carrier and working out while holding your child, or choosing not to do so! They're your kids, and it's totally up to you! Our next session is on February 16.
Ages 3-8: For this class, children should be old enough to move around and participate with their parent(s). Our next session is on February 23.
If your kids are 11 and up, they're welcome to sign up for a regularly scheduled class with you, though they cannot attend a class by themselves.
